Our Bottom Line
Management fees are typically a nominal percentage of the overall budget and are easily compensated for by the savings we bring to each projects bottom line through our negotiating process with our suppliers. Our bottom line is the fact we add value to yours.

Rod Lynch
Rod Lynch has been based in Southern California his entire professional career and has made it a point to know what the area has to offer with respect to unique places to entertain clients and friends.
After graduating from Loyola Marymount University with degrees both in Business Administration and Communication Art (Film/TV production) he has experienced a varied career. His business background began with marketing in the floor covering industry, moving into the entertainment business (NBC and Dick Clark Productions) and then the advertising industry, as a partner in an outdoor advertising company. Using his extensive 35 year business acumen and keen interest in throwing the most memorable events ever conceived, his planning experience has given him the ability to create the most incredible meetings and events.
Terri Schaeffer
Being from New Orleans, Louisiana where food and parties are part of everyday life, it has always been apparent that Terri’s heart is in the business of making fun events and meetings. Starting in her family's restaurant at the age of 14, she has a keen understanding on what it takes to not only get the menu just perfect for the desired effect, but also in anticipating the clients every need.
After moving to California in 1981, she continued to follow her passion of planning meetings and events, and creating smart concepts for her guests. Over the years Terri has earned the respect of countless people with Fortune 500 companies and numerous law firms, pharmaceutical companies and financial groups. When its time to produce a special occasion, her clientele is confident of a successful outcome.
With Terri’s “make it happen” attitude and her passion of delivering a “WOW” experience, there is no question that once she teams up with you, her dynamic personality will shine through and the outcome of your event will be the most successful you could ever imagine.
